Dream Night time Tea is a delightful herbal blend perfect for winding down in the evening. I have used every night and had an amazing night sleep thoroughly recommend

The infuser glass bottle is something I use every day, I love it so much my daughters are both getting one of these as an Easter gift.
So easy to pour my choice of tea each morning and head off to work.

I really enjoy having my Release Tea, I find I feel less bloated, it’s also a great was to unwind later in the day.
The flavours are very enjoyable and so easy to drink.

Harmony is definitely one of my favourites, I love the flavour and find on the days that feel busy and sometimes overwhelming Harmony really helps me to feel settled.

As a person who has terrible trouble relaxing and sleeping I have thoroughly enjoyed having my dream tea each night about an hour before going to bed.
I enjoy the flavour and find I fall asleep very easily.

Since menopause I have always struggled sleeping, the first night I tried your Dream tea with the meditation I literally slept like a baby the whole night!
