Brew Instructions

Hot Brew Instructions

  1. Measure: Add 1 heaped teaspoon of Ascend Tea per cup (250 ml) to your tea infuser or teapot.
  2. Heat: Bring fresh, filtered water to a temperature of 100°C (boiling).
  3. Steep: Pour water over the tea and steep for 3–5 minutes. Watch as the vibrant blue hue from the butterfly pea flower infuses into the water.
  4. Transform: For a magical colour transformation, add a squeeze of fresh citrus (lemon or lime). The tea will shift to a stunning purple tone.

Chilled Brew Instructions

Prepare Hot Brew: Follow the hot brew instructions above, using double the amount of tea for a stronger infusion.

  1. Cool: Let the tea cool to room temperature.
  2. Transform: Add a squeeze of citrus to the tea for a gorgeous purple colour shift.
